The Hammer Mill

This adaptive re-use project of the Turner Day Hammermill building in Nashville’s Germantown District is one of our favorites. Our team expertly restored this historic building dating back to 1926, which is now home to a vibrant mixed-use development by Vantage Realty Partners with beautiful design work by Reunion Goods & Services. It’s also home to The Optimist Fish & Oyster Bar by one of our favorite clients and chefs – Ford Fry.
