Ron Garrard provides solid leadership for the company’s vision, management philosophies, growth, and financial strength. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Building and Construction and has more than thirty years of experience in construction and real estate development. Active in civic and community affairs, Ron was recently appointed to the State of Georgia Board of Economic Development by Governor Nathan Deal. He also serves on the Executive Board of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and the boards of Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful and BTCP (Bible Training Center for Pastors). He is a Charter Trustee of the Georgia Gwinnett College Foundation and a former director of the IMPACT Group, which provides quality housing solutions for the underprivileged in Gwinnett County. Ron’s other community affiliations are as a charter member of North Point Community Church where he served two terms on the Building Committee and Stewardship Committee, the board of Bank of North Georgia, The Lighthouse Ministries, a family retreat for children with cancer, and the Board of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.

Rebekah Rudd provides guidance in the day to day financial matters for the company, including accounting, risk management, budgeting, and financial statement review. She was previously involved in the auditing side of public accounting for ten years, and has worked with prestigious firms like PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cherry Bekaert. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from University of Florida and a master’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University.

Tim Wright provides oversight of construction projects with Garrard’s national, program clients and also assists with new business development efforts for the company. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team from over 35 years of experience in the construction industry from the Superintendent to Senior Manager level. He has overseen the construction projects of national retail, development, and restaurant groups such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dave and Buster’s, Simon Property Group, Outback Steakhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse, and more.

Shawn Gill oversees construction management of all Garrard projects. He has over 24 years of commercial construction management experience, and has worked with a variety of clients including Dave & Buster’s, Hobby Lobby, and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. He has been with Garrard for 13 years and has been instrumental in the success of projects ranging from entertainment, retail, restaurants, grocery, medical, and more.

Jay Wright provides direction for all aspects of Garrard’s Preconstruction department, including estimating and project management coordination. Jay graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Building Science and has more than 20 years of experience in construction in a variety of markets, with 17 of those as a Senior Estimator level or higher.

Colleen Frangos is a leader in new business development and continuing client relationships. A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, Colleen began her career serving nonprofits and higher education institutions managing various programs and fundraising campaigns. Colleen and her family are residents of Suwanee and very active in the Gwinnett community. Colleen is a member of the Rotary Club of Sugarloaf and Service co-chair.  She is a connector and relationship-builder across multiple market sectors, such as medical, office, manufacturing, and warehouse.

Ernie Geyer serves in the role of Business Development for Garrard, and is actively involved in nurturing client relationships and securing new business for the company. Ernie graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and ran his own residential and commercial construction business for 36 years. Ernie has worked with many of the nation’s top restaurant programs, as well as many regional and chef-driven concepts throughout the Southeast.
